Job Description
- The Space is looking to hire a customer service executive for our client.
- As a customer service executive you are the client’s primary point of contact who helps customers with complaints and questions, gives customers information about products and services, takes and processes orders e.t.c.
- Our ideal candidate must be emotionally intelligent and must maintain a calm composure at all times.
Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Generate sales leads
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Requirements
- Must be presentable
- Proven experience as a Customer Service executive
- Minimum qualification of B.Sc
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
- Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems.
Salary
N80,000 – N110,000 Monthly.
