Job Description

The Space is looking to hire a customer service executive for our client.
As a customer service executive you are the client’s primary point of contact who helps customers with complaints and questions, gives customers information about products and services, takes and processes orders e.t.c.
Our ideal candidate must be emotionally intelligent and must maintain a calm composure at all times.

Responsibilities

Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Generate sales leads
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Must be presentable
Proven experience as a Customer Service executive
Minimum qualification of B.Sc
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems.

Salary
N80,000 – N110,000 Monthly.
