Job Description
- Answering questions about the company’s products or services.
- Fluent in Hausa or Yoruba
- Adapt to customer responses in real time.
- Delivering information about a company’s offerings.
- Providing proactive customer outreach.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 0 – 1 year work experience.
Soft Skill:
- The candidate must be Confident, enthusiastic, polite, intelligent, extrovert and well spoken.
