Co-Matrix Collection Service Limited – We are a collection service provider that deal with helping various loan agencies in retrieving back their bad-loans as fast and effectively as possible. And we will build a professional team with experienced collectors for every loan agency, providing SMS, calls, emails, social media and field visit to remind and encourage overdue customers to make repayments.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Debit Collection Officer

Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• Call or reach out to delinquent (overdue customers who borrowed loan online) via phone calls / emails / whatsapp to repay their outstanding debt, and help them negotiate possible means of repayment in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Candidates should possess an HND / OND / NCE qualifications
• Must have 0-1 year (Fresh graduates not going for NYSC within the next 3-6 months can also apply).

Salary
N50,000 basic plus bonus up to N30,000 upwards if target is met.
