Diesel Coordinator / Diesel Analyst at InfraVision Limited – Lagos & Anambra

InfraVision is an engineering services company that offers Telecommunications Infrastructure Services, Telecommunications equipment installation & commissioning, as well as Telecommunications Managed Service (Passive and Active) to a variety of clients in the Nigerian market.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Diesel Coordinator / Diesel Analyst

Locations: Anambra, Lagos

Duties

• Ensure accurate diesel supply, transfer and end stock tracking for all site.
• Track diesel supply and consumption to reduce theft.
• Generate weekly and monthly diesel supply and consumption report with empirical facts.
• Plan diesel supply requests for all managed sites
• Audit and analyse diesel utilization across all sites.
• Analyse diesel utilization and shortages on all sites across all sites.
• Prepare estimates annual budgetary needs for assigned region.
• Ensure diesel delivery notes, waybills and other documents are well recorded and stored.
• Collate and analyse daily, weekly and monthly, diesel supply to all assigned sites
• Plan diesel supply requests for all managed sites across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management or related fields
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ in diesel management experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage and interface with large multi-functional project teams.
• Must possess successful project management experience as well as experience in process engineering.
• Engineering background in the area of Telecommunication with Wireless Telecommunications.
