The vision expanded in 2015 when the Directors decided to adopt a Group structure and focus on the following sectors which are critical to the attainment of man’s physiological and safety needs. Our business outlook currently covers Africa and Europe through our subsidiaries; Fusion Facilities Management Limited (PTY) in South Africa, Fusion Group Management Limited in UAE (Dubai) and Fusion Group Management Limited in UK. We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Digital Marketer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow our social media presence across all digital channels including: Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
- Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Research advertising trends
- Decide on appropriate placement of ads
- Determine what content will reach customers
- Develop projects to create content
- Strategic content creation for conversion
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should have the following:
- HND / B.Sc.qualification in Marketing or related fields
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing websites and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
