Job Summary

The Digital Sales Executive at NACK Apparel is expected to demonstrate excellent customer service and effective communication skills.

The following will be measured outcomes for the Digital Sales Executive:

Initiate new and handle ongoing social media engagement with customers.
Generate online sales lead
Manage and fulfill website orders
Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products to clients.
Manage physical inventory, merchandising and other retail activities
Receive and prepare customers’ orders for delivery.
Manage delivery vendors and coordinate delivery of customer orders
Raise requisition for items for restocking
Manage after sales customer relationship
Engage and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business
Prepare and submit daily store report capturing sales, customer feedback
Process customer transactions on QuickBooks POS
Manage online sales vendor relationships
Growing and expanding company social media presence on social media platforms including Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook,, Twitter
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
