Fina Trust Microfinance Bank, a member of LOLC Group with corporate Head Office in Colombo – Sri Lanka, is one of Nigeria’s foremost Microfinance Banks. Its operating license was secured from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in September 2009 as a Microfinance Bank and commenced operations in October 2009. It holds a State License and hence operates in Lagos State.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Digital Solution Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Design, implement and manage digital solutions for both deposit and credit products, including the mobile app, internet banking, POS and USSD
- Work with users, technology, operations, to identify, prioritize and implement critical e-channel solutions enhancements.
- Day-to-day management of all electronic channel platforms including POS, Mobile App and Internet Banking, digital finance solutions, etc.
- Day-to-day management – manage all client support, documentation, communication and control processes related to e-channel information delivery
- Develop social media content and responsible for digital marketing administration
- Other assigned responsibilities
Education / Experience
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience.
