Job Description

Our client is recruiting to fill the post of Loan Officers
These Officers will participate in the sales and administration of Financial products (Loans)
The ideal candidate will work closely with Team Supervisor assigned to their zones and engage with clients in managing their loans.

Requirements

Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
Candidate must reside on the island or close to the island ( Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island, or Oshodi, Oworoshoki and its environs).
Minimum of 2 years experience
Self-driven, organized, willing to work in Lagos
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skill with a passion for selling, can work under pressure, a professional with good work ethics.

Remuneration

The compensation structure (allowance + commission), selling model, target and training method guarantees a win-win situation for staff and the organization
N45,000 – N50,000 per month gross plus commission.
