About the Job
- We need an E-Commerce Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Representative who will be responsible for processing eCommerce orders, resolving complaints, errors, order questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.
Job Duties include:
- Utilize computer technology (ERP, online selling platforms, ticket management system, etc.) to fulfill orders
- Electronically view, update and print order tickets
- Arrange shipping or freight when necessary
- Suggest solutions/alternatives when item unavailable or discontinued
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Assist with placement of orders, cancellations or exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Understand and advise customers on online policies (shipping, returns, dates, etc.)
- Answer questions about terms of sale
- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
- Inform customers of deals and promotions
- Up-sell/cross-sell products and services
- Work with Customer Service Supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered and processes and procedures are being followed
- Close out or open tickets
- Interact with Data Specialists, Showroom staff and Warehouse staff
Qualifications
- Education – HND or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Specialized knowledge Must have at least two years of customer service experience
- Skills Experience with ERP (Eclipse) a plus
- Strong communication and written skills
- Self Motivated and Enthusiastic
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast paced environment and easily adapt to change
