Job Title: Eatery Supervisor

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Details

Minimum of OND qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
Should be personable and customer service oriented
In-depth knowledge on how to operate a cash till and receive payments
Ability to coordinate front office end of day balancing and accounting for sales.
Good knowledge on how to attend to customers and address customer complaints where applicable
Should be able to sell products in line with laid down procedures
Good knowledge on co-ordination of front office process and staff
Should be a person of Integrity.
Minimum of three years work experience as a front office staff in the hospitality business
Must be literate and well spoken in English.
