We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Work directly with a Creative Director/ team on how best to execute an idea
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Advise and or suggest ideas to reach a particular audience
Determine the style of design for each client from brief sent by client
Create images that identify a product or convey a message
Select colours, images, text style and layout
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Present each graphics or visual expressions of designs to an art director or creative director
Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
Review designs for errors before it goes live
Testing graphics across various media
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

Proven graphic designing experience
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
