We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Event Manager
Location: Rivers
Start date: 1st July, 2019
Summary of the Role
- This position oversees and organizes events that will make an impact to internal and external clients.
- You will ensure events are successful and cost-effective, pay attention to budget and time constraints.
- An event manager is, above all, a project manager who understands marketing and promotion techniques.
- We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc/BA in Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Marketing or equivalent. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the Real Estate/Construction and Oil&Gas Industry
- Good knowledge of Managing and Planning series of High Profile Events
- Skilled in project management
- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and Negotiation ability
- Excellent organizational skills, A knack for problem-solving
- Customer-service orientation, A team player with strong leadership skills
- Good interpersonal relationship management.
- Environmental managers.
