Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, flexible, detail oriented and energetic individual to occupy the position of Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Showgear Limited.
• The assistant must have strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal, writing and speaking skills.
• S/he must be highly organized and understand the work needs of the MD to a large extent.
• They must work as the first point of contact for the MD while creating and protecting his image and that of the business.
• The Executive Assistant must be passionate about their work.
• They must be highly motivated and look for opportunities to aid the MD in the growth and development of the business.
• They must be able to address different challenges with intelligent business techniques and innovative approaches.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Manage MD’s calendar, appointments, filing and database systems.
• Prepare memos, agendas, schedules
• Compile documents for meetings and understand the details.
• Typing and preparing presentations for meetings
• Manage travel arrangements for business and personal activities of the MD
• Attend meetings, host events and coordinate campaigns.
• Communicate with others on behalf of the MD
• Identify needs and proffer useful solutions to meeting these needs.

Requirements
Education:

• B.Sc / HND in related field.

Experience:

• 1-3 years post NYSC experience.
