We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the MD

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• The position entails working closely with the MD, receiving and attending to the MD’s guests, scheduling of the MD’s meetings and daily activities in order of priority.
• Work closely with the MD to meet deadline.
• Receive visitors on behalf of the MD.
• Scheduling meetings for the MD in order of priority as directed by the MD.
• Review legal documents
• Prepare SLAs and legal documents.
• Prepare minutes of meetings attended with the MD
• Attend to other tasks as directed by the MD.

Requirements

• Candidate must be a Law Graduate from a reputable university with background in consulting.
• Candidate must have minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Candidate must be able to work under pressure and work skillfully to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work without supervision and take initiative from time to time as the job demands.
• Candidate must be proficient in the use of MS packages.
• Candidate must have completed NYSC
• Candidate must reside with Lekki Abijoh axis.
