We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of property’s facilities and utilities
Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments
Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
Ensuring the building is maintained, improved, and managed, and that vendor partnerships are managed.
Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team
Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies according to HSE standards.
Manage budget plans for maintenance, perform analysis and forecasting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional level experience
10 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
Knowledge of occupational safety and health standards and other environmental regulations
Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
Project Management, excellent organizational and leadership skills
Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
Computer skills: Microsoft Office Package i.e. Excel & MS- Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical/critical thinking.
