Taghini Foods is a traditional poultry processing Company based in Ibadan. We supply fresh and frozen poultry products to wholesalers, caterers and further processors, including products suitable for Halal customers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Farm Attendant

Location: Ibadan Oyo
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities
Interested applicants must be ready to perform any combinations of following duties concerned with raising poultry for meat:

Removes chicks from shipping cartons and places them in brooder houses.
Cleans and fills feeders and water containers.
Spray poultry houses with disinfectants and vaccines.
Inspects poultry for diseases and removes weak, ill, and dead poultry from flock.
Sort, weigh and pack birds in crates during culling.
Monitor feed, water and distribution of wood shaving.
Maintain proper lighting, heating and ventilation system for poultry pens.
Maintain proper biosecurity standards when entering and exiting pen houses by putting on PPEs, keeping to personal hygiene etc.
