Job Title: Female Customer Success Executive
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
- Good communication skills
- Has 2- 5years experience as a customer success executiveworkingin a fintech company i.e Ren money, piggyvest etc
- Private university graduate
- Computer literate
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
