Job Description

You would be responsible for providing service and support to customers.
On-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing.
You would diagnose errors or electrical problems and determine proper solutions or escalate when necessary.
Responsible for planning, tracking, and documentation of project work.
Swiftly diagnose and clear any faults or alarms or resolve all escalations within the period stipulated in SLAs.
Ensure maintenance work undertaken by the team meet the specified standard and requirements.
Prepare technical reports and make recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance-related problems.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience in telecom or related industry is a must.
Must be below 28 years.
Must possess hands-on skills in handling DC electrical wiring, batteries, and electrical earthing.
Experience in the termination of electrical cables
Knowledge of TCP/IP and ethernet termination is a bonus.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and circuits.
The ideal candidate must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment or batteries.
Willingness to travel outside of Lagos
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and spreadsheets.
