BettaHealth  – A fast growing Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) company that deals with retail health insurance cover is urgently looking to employ:

Job Title: Field Sales Agent

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Meeting with prospective clients and converting assigned leads to sells
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Ensuring that clients deposits and balance payment within the stipulated time.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products
  • Answering client questions about terms and conditions of the insurance cover .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in sales.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, goggle spread sheet and Outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

Salary
N60,000 monthly plus commission on sales.
