JobsGate Nigeria Limited – Our client, a Fintech company, is currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Ogun

Job Description

All new FSOs will automatically work as onboarders upon resumption.
FSOs will be assigned to a community in clusters of 4, 6 or 8 based on the market size of that community.
They will resume to assigned communities daily and onboard 20 users daily.
They will use the CRM to create a new user and generate accounts on the spot.
They will educate customers on the platform (Our features, App, USSD, Easysavings).
They will also be responsible for capturing POS information and ensuring the first savings of the customer.
When they are done onboarding a community, they move on to the next one they are assigned to.
FSOs can work as flexible as they please as long as they meet their daily target. They can go home as soon as their target for the day as been met.
