- To achieve business goals through prospecting and conversion
- To Improve business opportunities in their team
- To Advise the client the right insurance policies to take
- To increase their clients size in terms of new business generation and consistently service existing clients
- To market range of Life and Non-life products
- Ensure persistency/ renewals of businesses
- To deliver quality customer service to clients.
