Job Title: Fleet Logistic Supervisor

Location: Ogun

Job Description

• Report to the Head of Operation on a daily basis
• Know all the Drivers (capability. Ability, behaviour, their perceptions, dealings and communications etc.)
• Documentation (opening of files for individual trucks and maintaining of logbook for all trucks)
• Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports.
• Liaising with maintenance unit including follow up on truck repairs
• Safe audit of all trucks
• Monitoring and tracking of trucks
• Ensure road worthiness of all truck
• Prompt recovery of trucks from police, highway breakdown and other law enforcement agencies
• Supervising and monitoring of transloading or transhooking of trucks as the situation demands
• Monitoring and tracking of trucks
• Determine fuel consumption of each truck
• Endorsement of return waybill
