We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fleet Tracking Officer

Location: Maryland, Ikeja – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Track company vehicles’ locations with GPS system(s).
• Install and Monitor company vehicles’ tracking devices.
• Monitor driver’s daily road network performances.
• Ensure strict compliance with company regulations by drivers.
• Identify on-road exceptions and take immediate remedial action(s).
• Liaise with drivers, operations personnel and management on tracking activities.
• Develop and present daily management tracking reports.
• Work with company’s third-party agents implementing tracking device on company’s fleets.
• Ensure observance of road safety standards; ensure company vehicles are used in accordance with established rules and regulations and that vehicle usage data is correctly recorded.
• Propose improvements on existing transport processes, systems and tools.
• Track vehicles number of kilometre coverage against authorized and un-authorized movements, and, where necessary vehicles misuses are escalated to management.
• Collect vehicle logs from the field and review for accuracy.
• Collect daily and weekly vehicle checklists, verify their accuracy, and work with drivers to correct any problems.
• Identifying on-road exceptions and taking immediate remedial action.
• Co-ordinating and responding to emergency situations.
• Liaising with operations personnel and management where necessary.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc / HND from an accredited university degree.
• 3 – 4 years cognate work experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Numerical/ Analytical skills.
• Good use of excel skills
• A self-starter.
• Computer Literate with advanced work knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office tools.

Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
