FOX Sports Carolinas, FOX Sports GO to continue extensive coverage of Hurricanes during 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs

RALEIGH – FOX Sports Carolina’s extensive coverage of the Carolina Hurricanes throughout the 2019-20 NHL regular season and 2020 Stanley Cup Qualifiers will continue with in-depth coverage of the 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

After sweeping the New York Rangers in the 2020 Stanley Cup Qualifiers, the Hurricanes will make a second consecutive appearance in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. The team will open the best-of-seven First Round against the Boston Bruins on FOX Sports Carolinas from Scotiabank Arena in Toronto.  Coverage will begin tomorrow, August 11, with Hurricanes LIVE Playoffs Edition at 7:30 p.m. ET.

The network will televise all regionally available Hurricanes games during the First Round, along with Hurricanes LIVE Playoffs Edition before and after each telecast on the network. All games televised on the network will also be available on the FOX Sports GO app, with exclusive Hurricanes content available on @CanesOnFSCR.

FOX Sports Carolina’s broadcast team from the Stanley Cup Qualifiers will continue into the First Round, with coverage originating from PNC Arena in Raleigh. Mike Maniscalco, Tripp Tracy and Abby Labar will call games, with Labar also hosting Hurricanes LIVE alongside Shane Willis.

In addition, FOX Sports Carolinas and FOX Sports GO will continue to televise Hurricanes LIVE Playoffs Edition postgame shows immediately following each Hurricanes game throughout the rest of the postseason.

First Round coverage on FOX Sports Carolinas will span across Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina through cable, satellite and over-the-top (OTT) providers (territory restrictions apply).
