FOX Sports Southeast announces second-half coverage of Charlotte Hornets season

ATLANTA (March 8, 2021) – FOX Sports Southeast (rebranding to Bally Sports Southeast in the coming weeks) will televise 36 of the final 37 Charlotte Hornets games for the Second Half of the 2020-21 NBA season. The telecasts will continue to be anchored by the network’s flagship pre- and postgame show, Hornets LIVE.

The first broadcast on the network following the All-Star break will be Thursday, March 11, against the Detroit Pistons at 6:30 p.m. ET. The Second Half broadcast schedule will include 19 games at the Spectrum Center and 17 road contests, concluding on Sunday, May 16, when the Hornets take on the Washington Wizards. 

Eric Collins and Dell Curry will continue to call games alongside reporter Ashley ShahAhmadi. Hornets LIVE broadcasts will include ShahAhmadi and analysts Gerald Henderson or Curry for the balance of the season. The broadcast team will remain at the Spectrum Center to call both home and away games from designated broadcast areas.

Hornets games on FOX Sports Southeast are widely available across North Carolina and South Carolina through cable, satellite and over-the-top providers, including AT&T TV, DirecTV, Spectrum and Xfinity. The network’s complete and real-time schedule can be found here with local channel listings here (schedule is subject to change, check local listings). The NBA’s 75th regular season was divided into two halves, resulting in a 72-game regular season schedule. FOX Sports Southeast has televised all 35 Hornets games so far this season in the First Half of the NBA schedule. The addition of 36 Second Half games will give the network 71 of the 72 regular season games in 2021.
