FOX Sports Wisconsin announces 2019 Brewers telecast schedule

FOX Sports Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Brewers announced a 158-game broadcast schedule for the 2019 season on Thursday. FOX Sports Wisconsin will serve as the exclusive, local television home for the Brewers.

FOX Sports Wisconsin’s regular-season coverage begins March 28 when Milwaukee hosts St. Louis for opening day from Miller Park. The regional sports network’s coverage begins at noon with a special one-hour edition of “Brewers Live.” The Brewers’ first road trip will get underway April 1 when the Brewers visit the Cincinnati Reds.

More Brewers coverage

Highlights of the 2019 season schedule include 18 games vs. the division rival Chicago Cubs, 19 against the Cardinals and seven contests vs. the National League champion Los Angeles Dodgers. The Brewers will wrap up the regular season on the road against the Colorado Rockies at the end of September.

Brian Anderson will resume his role as the primary play-by-play announcer with Matt Lepay joining analyst Bill Schroeder in the broadcast booth for select telecasts. Craig Coshun also will join the booth as the play-by-play announcer for select telecasts. Sophia Minnaert will serve as the primary sideline reporter.

Coshun and Dario Melendez will serve as the hosts for “Brewers Live” as well as analysis by Schroeder and former Brewers pitcher Jerry Augustine. “Brewers Live” airs before and after all Brewers telecasts.

All games, as well as pre- and postgame coverage, will stream live across FOX Sports digital platforms.

Fans can prepare for the 2019 season with “Brewers Season Preview,” which premieres March 14.

As previously announced, FOX Sports Wisconsin is also televising 14 Brewers spring training games from the Cactus League in Arizona.
