Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Maryland, Lagos

Job Duties

• Receiving and welcoming guests
• Taking phone calls and attending to customers’ enquiries in a civil manner
• Receive and dispose incoming mails and other materials
• Informing guests of the rates and services
• Making and confirming reservations for guests
• Ensuring proper room allocation
• Registering and checking guests
• Confirming relevant guest’s information
• Verifying guests’ payment method
• Periodic checks on unoccupied rooms for faulty appliances and general neatness
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the MD.

Requirements

• A First Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1 – 2 years experience
• Excellent listening skills
• Warm attitude to people
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients
• Confidentiality
• People Management Skills
• Organizational and planning skills.
