We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fulfillment Analyst

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of DML before 12am and ensure 100% processing of all orders generated against allocated zones.
• Constant liaison with Logistics manager on feedback from Fulfillment Agents on logistics related challenges.
• Accurate fulfillment allocation to fulfillment Agents.
• Evaluating number of drops versus the payload on each truck.
• Escalating route divisions and recommending logistics solutions for different routes
• Ensuring 100% order completion attributed to route optimization.
• Always confirm with the daily inventory tracker and collaborate with the Supply Chain
• Team on expected inbounds before classifying products as fully out stock.
• Daily run rates per route and performance tracking per route.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 5 years work experience.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skill.
