Job Title: Furniture Carcass Maker

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities & Skills

• Must understand working drawings and carpentry joinery methods.
• Ability to understand how to translate dimensions to reality.
• Sets up and operates woodworking machines, and tools to cut and shape parts from wood stock.
• Trims component parts of joints to ensure snug fit, using hand tools, such as planes, chisels, or wood files.
• Glues, fits, and clamps parts and assemblies together to form complete unit, using clamps or clamping machine.
• Use of saw machine to cut wood templates.
