HRM for SMES – Our client is seeking to employ suitably qualified candidate to fill the vacant position in the Operations division:
Job Title: General Manager, Operations
Location: Lagos
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate operation activities.
- Plan and schedule work in a proactive manner while supervising the work of other office staff.
- Disseminate tasks to operational staff and ensure that all directives are being met constantly.
- Maintain good relationship with clients and follow up on all their requests.
- Assign tasks to each operations staff
- Ensure that effective relationships are maintained with all departments so that customer requirements can be understood.
- Maintain customer contact management
- Give daily and weekly reports of all operation activities to the management.
- Ensure that multiple projects meet their projected deadlines effectively.
- Applicant must possess good communication skill with ability to prioritize tasks independently, accurately complete work
Job Requirements
- Candidate should possess B.Sc. or HND
- Candidate must have 3 to 5 years experience in Operations, customer service or sales with 1-2 years in a Supervisory role
- Candidate must be a self starter, possess good communication, leadership qualities and have proven record of excelling in a fast paced work environment
- Candidate must reside in Lekki/Ikoyi/Victoria Island/Ajah axis
