General Manager (Restaurant) at Proten International

Proten International – Our client in the Hospitality Industry is looking to recruit suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Location: Lagos

Coordinate daily Front End and Back End of the restaurant operations
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practice

Basic Requirements

Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role with a minimum 4-6 years experience
B.Sc degree in Business Administration, hospitality management or any related field of study.
Proven customer service experience as a manager
Extensive knowledge of managing a Restaurant.
Strong leadership and people skills
Acute financial management skill.
