Job Summary
- We are currently sourcing for a suitable candidate to fill the role of GM / Sales Director.
- He/she will drive the overall revenue aspirations of the group across the 5 sub-businesses.
Requirements
- Post Graduate Degree (MBA / Master’s Degree) in a relevant course from an Accredited University
- The ideal candidate should have approximately 15 years of relevant work experience with a proven sales track record, high-value transactions and High Networth Individuals (HNIs).
- Business Planning & Organizational Performance Management.
- Up-to-Date Knowledge of Local & International Business Ecosystem.
- Ability to Build and Drive a High-Performance Sales Team.
- Proactive & Visionary Leadership in a Fast-Changing Environment
- Strategic Thinking, Planning and Business Acumen
- People Leadership & Performance Management with a proven track record of new business development.
