Giannis scores 25 in Bucks’ preseason loss to Dallas

The Milwaukee Bucks tipped off their 2020-21 preseason schedule with a 112-102 loss to Dallas on Saturday night.

Reigning NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo was his usual self, collecting 25 points and 10 rebounds in 25 minutes. Khris Middleton added 18 points on 4-of-8 shooting.

Bobby Portis was a spark off the bench for Milwaukee, registering a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds in 20 minutes.

Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic posted 13 points and four assists, nailing 3 of 5 attempts from downtown in 16 minutes.

As a team, Milwaukee shot 23.7% from 3-point range (9 of 38) and 85% from the free-throw line (17 of 20).

The Bucks return to the court Monday night to battle Dallas once again. The game tips off at 7 p.m. and will be televised on FOX Sports Wisconsin.
