Job Description

Collaborating with relevant parties to create a budget.
Employing strategies to ensure the company’s growth.
Implementing plans to address stock losses and theft.
Generating financial reports.
Conducting performance reviews judiciously and motivating staff.
Effecting better business practices and managing marketing initiatives.
Maximizing operating potential to exceed customers’ expectations and company goals.
Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy.
Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
Identifying threats and opportunities.
Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions.
Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
Monitoring and reporting on projects.
Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes.

Requirements

Degree in Business or related field, MBA is a must.
Minimum of 12 years working experience with a good brand
Must have successfully managing finances, operations, or strategies.
ACCA certification will be an added advantage.
Experience in Real Estate, Investment, Oil and Gas.
Proficient ability to manage complex budgets.
Proficient ethical leadership abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to make business projections.
Project management skills.
Experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.
Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
