Due to expansion, they are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: H.A Technician

Location: Lagos

Job Description

The HA Technicians will be responsible for the daily assembling, repairs and maintenance of home appliances/electronics.

Responsibilities

Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Adherence to all safety, quality, company rules and regulations.
Documentation of repair/ testing/ assembly activities to include cause of failure, actions taken, parts used, and labor hours, etc. Final inspection including the completion of inspection reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

ND in Electronics or a Trade Test Certificate
2-4 years of work experience
Good knowledge of repairs/installation /maintenance of ACs, washing machines, fridges/refrigerators, water dispensers, gas cookers, etc.
