Job Title: Head, Agent Acquisition
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Delivering on agent, customer and revenue growth targets through effective development and management of a national distribution network.
- Hands-on supervision of a 100+ person field sales and operational support team across various regions, ensuring teamwork and capability development, and delivering on commercial targets.
- Implement market competitive strategies/activities and respond to competitors offering in order to manage Agent activity.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive product uptake
- Tracking and reporting Agents’ performance to critical stakeholders and regulators as at when due
- This role is Strictly for FINTECH candidates.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 3 – 10 years work experience.
