We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Consumer & Merchandising

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure all new business/product to be deployed have a well-thought-out service design, documented and operationalized. All stakeholders are well informed.
• Monitor transaction trends to identify uptime patterns and engage internal stakeholders to fix any channel uptime challenges to optimize and reduce service failures.
• The merchant/partner total experience during go-to-market / deployment should be well planned and seamless. Achieving first time success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND with 4 – 10 years experience.
• Strictly for FINTECH candidates.
