The Company is incorporated as a Private Limited Liability company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The Company offers services in HR Advisory, Performance Management, Change Management, Organizational Development, Policy and Process Development, Job Analysis & Evaluation, Outsourcing Executive Training & Recruitment.

Job Title: Head, Finance & Accounts
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
- Monitor compliance with the Organization cost management practices and procedures.
- Monitor the maintenance of fixed assets inventory/register and performance of Annual budget.
- Review and endorse capital expenditure requisition for all units within the Organization.
- Oversee preparation of comprehensive, proactive and timely financial and management information, including tax, cash flow and statutory accounts.
- Provide direction for the proper management reporting on the performance of the Organization.
- Design and monitor implementation of systems and controls to ensure compliance with tax and other financial regulatory provisions.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the finance function.
- Establish and implement a training program for new Finance Employees
- Oversee consolidated finance budget preparation and develop financial plans
- Develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff.
- Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; and implementing change.
- Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; and accumulating capital to fund expansion.
- Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans.
- Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
- Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community.
- Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
- Updates job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department
- Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
- Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, etc.
- Prepare official reports on a monthly and annual basis. Seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risk
- Contract auditing services to ensure financial monitoring is up-to-date
- Create and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, including banking institutions and accountants
- Ability to write and secure grants
- Sound Understanding of the Nigerian Financial Sector
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree qualification with 8 – 12 years experience.
- Professional accounting certification, e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CISA, ICAN or other relevant higher business degree as an added advantage.
