Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing and Growth to lead our Marketing Unit.
The person will manage the strategic and tactical direction of our online and offline marketing efforts to drive growth targets through strategic partnerships, data-driven marketing, demand generation campaigns, and service positioning.

Main Tasks

Overseeing implementation of all online and offline marketing strategy as well as guiding and supervising day-to-day activities of marketing team.
Leading strategic decision making related to developing new partnerships and managing existing partnerships with other organizations and stakeholders.
Building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players and identify new areas of opportunity for increasing revenues.
Managing the marketing budget and allocating /investing funds wisely.

Job Requirements

Minimum educational level of B.Sc./HND in a relevant field e.g. Marketing, Estate Management
At least 2 years’ managerial experience in core marketing and sale of Facility Management services and/or Real estate leases or sales.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Professional certification in digital marketing (added advantage).
