Overview

• Our client is looking to hire a seasoned marketing professional who has verifiable record of closing real estate sales.

Job Description

• Identify and develop client attraction strategies
• Convert leads to sales within reasonable time
• Lead the Marketing and Sales team ensuring professional discharge of their duties
• Maintain excellent Client relationship pre and post sales
• Drive team to deliver on sales objective and targets
• Ability to communicate effectively in hausa is added advantage
• Manage inspection exercises ensuring client’s specifications match property presented
• Provide training for Sales and Marketing team ensuring total improvement in their service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• He/she must have 5 -10 years of experience as a sales/marketing professional in real estate.
• Good knowledge of the Abuja Real estate market is added advantage
• Must be sociable and have excellent communication skills.
• Flawless communication in hausa language is added advantage
• Great sense of fashion is added advantage.
