Job Description

• Liaising with superiorto make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
• Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
• Supervising staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process.
• Promoting the organization and products.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
