Head of Risk Management at TF Microfinance Bank

TF Microfinance Bank started with the Incorporation of Thinkfinance Services Limited on 6th December 2012. In 2015 the company was granted approval in principle by The Central Bank of Nigeria for a Unit Microfinance Bank. On the 14th of March 2016, TF Microfinance Bank was incorporated with a fully paid authorised share capital of twenty million Naira. It aims to render niche financial services that are focused on the underbanked and unbanked populace.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Risk Management

Location: Festac-town, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

• The Head of Risk will be responsible for the monitoring and management of the risk portfolio of the Bank.
• The job holder will develop and implement systems, policies and procedures aimed at risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Experience of 5 years
• Evidence of completion/ exemption of/from NYSC.
• Evidence of completion of Microfinance Certification program.
• Microfinance or Commercial banking experience is added advantage.
