Job Description
- We are currently sourcing for a Head of Sales with proven and notable achievement in Sales & Business Development, Client Relationship/Account Management, Collaboration, Brand Management, Alliance Management and Talent Management.
Job Duties
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot sales opportunities
- Proven ability to develop relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically with sound technical knowledge
- Strong negotiation skills
- Understanding of Contract management
- Result driven and innovative
- High interpersonal skills with a collaborative and flexible work style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the digital world and the disruptive opportunities being created
Qualification and Experience
- First degree from a reputable tertiary institution
- Professional Qualification is an added advantage – APCON, NIMN
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a sales, marketing or media environment with at least 3-4 years in management capacity
- Experience of developing marketing campaigns and knowledge of the OOH landscape
