Job Description
Includes but not limited to:

Supervise and provide strategic leadership for sales & marketing in Trading company to achieve its objective
Execute all marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the company marketing strategy
Appoint distributors and business expansion in line with company’s strategy
Set sales and marketing KRA’s to manage activity within the team
Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews
Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership
Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances
Ensure that the businesses marketing communications promote the right message to maintain a good brand image of the company
Act as the lead officer in all marketing and sales activities and be an exemplary ambassador
Provide strategic support to management team using initiative to identify key areas for development
Provide support to customers and ensure redistribution, timely supply of goods and reconciliation
To keep abreast of external trends and developments in marketing and sales.
Performing other responsibilities as the need arises.

Requirements

A Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field
Candidate must possess not than less than 10 years in sales position with a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
Vast experiences across multiple sectors and handled notable challenges in the past
Membership of Professional body is an added advantage.
