Job Title: Head of Schools

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Descriptions

All aspects of the day to day management and operation of the school, the administration and supervision of systems and routines to ensure the efficient operation of the school.
Ensuring that all operations of the school reflect the whole school’s ethos, philosophy and core values and that the school’s mission is fully implemented.
Develop programs to enable school students and families to meet academic goals.
Ensure annual meetings of progress and implement programs to ensure academic success.
Establish policies as per the performance management, succession planning and staffing requirements of the school.
Create and manage attractive, organized, functional, healthy and safe facilities for visual and acoustic attention.
Establish procedures and regular emergency and disaster drills.
Hire, employ and establish an outstanding faculty of academic excellence, integrity and moral character.
Lead the voice and face of the school in the area community and educational associations to market the well-being of the school.
Support school start-up activities, such as presentations to referral sources and parents.
Oversee school activities to ensure the achievement of educational objectives and outcomes.
Offer consistent and compassionate customer service to students, parents and referrals.
