Requirements

• B. Sc. / HND in Business Administration / Public Administration, Human Resources Management / Humanities with Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
• Certification in Personnel Management
• Minimum of 7 years post qualification cognate experience preferably at managerial level
• Knowledge and experience in employmentlaw, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
