Job Description

• We are looking to urgently employ the services of an experienced individual who will be responsible for delivering on all facets of resourcing and on-boarding processes.

The Profile

• First degree in Business Administration, Law, Politics, Social Sciences, etc. (MBA & MSC is an added advantage)
• Any relevant professional certifications. (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc.)
• Previous experience in running a recruitment and outsourcing department; sound knowledge of the business of outsourcing and recruitment, payroll management, business development, etc.
• Must be able to continually provide top class talents as outsourced to the company’s clients.
• Must be able to facilitate the on-boarding and seamless integration of new staff into the system.
• Must be able to plan and organiz recruitment campaigns, set up talent database and recruitment channel system.
• 5 years Experience.
