Requirements
- Graduate or Post graduate in sciences
- 10-20 years post qualification experience in food processing/ R&D operations
- Experience in product life-cycle management, formulation, stability studies and specifications development
- Techinical knowledge on aseptic packaging technologies
- Knowledge of local regulations and food laws
- Knowledge of valdation process
- Attention to details
- Leadership and managerial skills
- Experience with microsoft office packages
