We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Technical Services

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Overseeing maintenance, inspection and system upgrade programmes.
• Writing reports, giving presentations and meeting with clients and management. Manage  and organize facility staff activities
• Lease/Facility Management
• Carry out regular verification exercises.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for routine electrical and mechanical work orders as well as preventative and predictive maintenance activities.
• Investigate complaints about services and equipment and take corrective action.
• Carry out regular inspection and evaluation of the facilities to ensure that all equipment and other facilities are working properly.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly Facility Management reports
• Track and report critical Real Estate and Facilities matters to the director.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years experience

Competencies:

• Broad knowledge in the power distribution network
• Excellent analytical skills
• Knowledge in facility management.
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of electronic engineering codes.
