We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Hotel Manager
Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities and Duties
- Must have the capacity to coordinate all the departments
- Monitors and oversees all the facilities
- Ensure the efficient maintenance of all facilities
- Ensure appropriate internal control system are strictly adhered to
- Must be computer literate
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly operational report reach the office of the Managing Director
- Prepare strategic plans to ensure that target are met
- Anaylise existing strategies and practices, identifying areas for improvement
- To expand revenue sources
- Provide direction and motivate staff.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum of a First Degree in a related discipline
- Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience.
